Magdala’s success has been largely due to the coaching skills and energetic commitment of Artistic Director Michele Wegwart, supported by Artist in Residence, Tim Lole.
Over recent years, Michelle and Tim have refined and adapted their coaching techniques and moved beyond the concert hall into schools and businesses where music and performance have proved to be an immensely effective vehicle for developing personal skills, encouraging team working and raising achievement.
